It's possible to change the sound of the motorcycle with one move while driving the bike from silent (street) mode to a fat stronger sound (sport) mode.

By Kern exhausts are available with two different sounds, street and sport. The silent mode (Street), meets the requirements of the ‘e7′ qualification, set by the 97/24 EC directive. The pass-by noise is less than 80dbA. Measurement happened precisely under circumstances in accordance with the requirements. For use outside of the streets a far stronger bassy sound (Sport) is available, this sound does not meet the EU requirements, this means that it can be used on streets only on your own responsibility. The pass-by noise is more than 95dbA.

The exhaust is made of a stainless material that is not coated, and has no additional surface cover. The shiny surface is polished in its material, does not get matte, but can change its colour by heat.

The exhaust fits to the HD manufacturer’s downpipe and consoles. Exhausts are delivered with Black and Shining exhaust ends in wooden boxes, this is part of the set. Other exhaust ends can be ordered separately.
